My husband and I have had the best experience working with Tracy remotely during the pandemic! We began working with her in March of 2019 and she’s one of the hardest working individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the start Tracy went above and beyond to make sure we had the best information available to us during our home search. She made multiple trips per day to show us houses via FaceTime and was always so honest about the location and minor details that we would have only picked up on had we been there. She never tried to sell us a home we wouldn’t be completely happy in (messy neighbors, busy intersections, eyesore buildings). At one point we totally gave up on our house hunt for a couple of months, but the moment we decided to jump back in Tracy was there for us. She came through with 4 house tours in one day, and the last ended up being the house we put an offer in on. She was there step by step through the remote buying process and never failed to get us what we needed. Purchasing remotely is stressful, but she was helpful and patient, and she always put our interests first. Dealing with the builder was a nightmare but she knew what to do and stuck around for more than a couple of phone calls that were less about business and more about venting. Seriously, she couldn’t have worked harder on this deal for us. Finally meeting her felt like visiting an old friend. We really can’t say enough good stuff about Tracy, and we mean every word of it. She called in second opinions and put us in contact with people who helped us get the best rates and deals. She’s a fantastic realtor and person. We can’t thank her enough for helping us purchase our first home together, remotely, and in the middle of a pandemic!
