Where do I even start off. Working with Tracy Spaniol made it one of the easiest processes ever to buy a condo. I went in with very little knowledge about the market and about purchasing property and what to look to for. Tracy took her time with me and explained every process every step of the way. Tracy was always on time and showed up prepared for the showings that we were looking at that day. She would have print outs of the specs of the buildings and came prepared with questions that I may not know to ask. Tracy always answered my phone calls and If she couldn't answer my question she would find the answer and call me back immediately. Any issues that may have arose with the Seller were handled swiftly and directly by Tracy and that made the process so much easier.
The level of professionalism by Tracy and her team was outstanding. If Tracy was unable to come to a showing that day, one of her associates would come. Her associates would come just as prepared as she was and were very knowledgeable. I knew I was in good hands instantly.
