Tracy was able to help me find a great starter home in New Hampshire and walk me through the home buying process. In addition to walking me through numerous homes prior to finding “the one”, during the 2020 pandemic where we needed to wear masks, gloves, and even booties on occasion, where we would only be able to see the home for 15 mins at a time, she was also able to provide me with contacts for home inspectors and utility options. Tracy was able to send me the required documentation to make an offer on the home the very next day and let me know the instant that it had been accepted. Next came the home inspections, during which she was able to accompany me, and provide me with options to obtain quotes for necessary repairs which resulted in money towards closing costs. Next, she was able to guide me to buy insurance and apply for a home loan. I selected a lender that I had found a pre-approval from, and sent the required documents. Tracy then supplied the name of a title agent whom I contacted. Every time I had a question, even on weekends, and late during the evenings, she was able to answer me and provide me direction and her opinion on what best to do next. Closing the home turned out to be a little more hectic and stressful than we had hoped, since the lender that I had chosen (one of the few things that I had not taken Tracy’s advice on) was late on getting me closing disclosure documents to me, which meant that we missed the closing and had to do the following week. Throughout this time she was in constant communication with me, the title agent, and the lending agent, trying to figure out when we would be closing. Overall I would recommend Tracy because she was an excellent at communicating, and making me, a first time home buyer, comfortable with the process of buying a home.
