Tracy made my house search easier. She always made herself available and scheduled several house visits during the week. She provided great advice throughout the process. I always felt that she was working to help me get the best house that met my criteria. She went over and above on the day of the closing. My bank was slow to process the final payment. As a result, I was not going to get access to the house until after the weekend. She took it upon herself to drive into Boston late on Friday afternoon to pick up a check to give it to the seller that night so a contractor I hired could start working as scheduled on Saturday morning.
